2.1 By accessing the pph8 Platform or creating a pph8 Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pph8 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or use any service provided by pph8.
2.3 pph8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address on file at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect.
21+ Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a pph8 account and access any gambling product on the Platform. This is a legal requirement under Philippine law as administered by PAGCOR. pph8 strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly in the event of any change. pph8 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate registration details, including failure to deliver communications or delayed processing of withdrawals.
4.3 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pph8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pph8 will treat any instruction received under your credentials as having been made by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pph8 immediately via live chat or the support email.
4.4 Device and Access Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network connection you use to access pph8 are secure. pph8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and advises against accessing the Platform on shared or public devices.
5.1 pph8 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law to conduct identity verification on all Players. The KYC process may be triggered at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, upon any unusual account activity, or at any time at pph8's discretion.
5.2 Acceptable Philippine Identification Documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to:

For high-value accounts or as required by anti-money laundering regulations, pph8 may additionally request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited into the account. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within the prescribed period may result in account restriction or closure.
5.4 Processing Time. pph8 endeavors to complete standard KYC verification within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal requests made by accounts with pending KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.1 All deposits to a pph8 account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
6.2 pph8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
6.3 GCash and PayMaya deposits reflect in the Player's pph8 Wallet Balance immediately upon successful transaction. Bank transfers via InstaPay reflect within the timeframe specified by the relevant bank or payment network. pph8 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
6.4 pph8 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges; you are responsible for any such charges.
6.5 pph8 reserves the right to decline any deposit or to limit deposit amounts at its discretion, including for compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
7.1 Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Wallet Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible.
7.2 KYC Prerequisite. No withdrawal will be processed from an account that has not completed KYC verification to pph8's satisfaction. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be queued and processed only after successful KYC completion.
7.3 Processing Times. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional review, which may extend processing times. pph8 will communicate any such extension to the Player.
7.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. pph8 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds at its discretion.
7.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account may not be withdrawn directly. Only cash winnings generated from the wagering of Bonus Funds — after all applicable wagering requirements have been met — are eligible for withdrawal.
8.1 All bets placed on the pph8 Platform are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel, amend, or reverse a placed bet except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game rules.
8.2 System Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game interruption during a betting session, pph8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked funds to the Player's Wallet Balance. pph8 is not liable for any winnings that would have been realized had the malfunction not occurred.
8.3 Game Rules. Each game available on the pph8 Platform is governed by its own specific rules and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail with respect to that game only.
8.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting at pph8, including coverage of PBA, NBA, boxing, UFC, international football, and online sabong, is subject to the sports betting rules published on the Platform. Decisions made by pph8's trading team regarding event outcomes, void bets, and settlement rules are final.
8.5 Maximum Winnings. pph8 reserves the right to impose maximum single-session, single-bet, or cumulative winning limits. Any winnings exceeding these limits may be adjusted to the applicable maximum. Limits are published within the relevant game or betting section and may be updated periodically.
9.1 pph8 may from time to time offer bonuses, cashback, free spins, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published at the time of the offer and incorporated herein by reference.
9.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager using the bonus before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 9.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

13.1 The pph8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pph8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, security, or error-free operation of the Platform.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pph8 shall not be liable for:

14.1 By pph8. pph8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
14.2 By the Player. A Player may close their pph8 account at any time by contacting pph8 support. Prior to closure, the Player must withdraw any remaining real-money Wallet Balance. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for any cause, the Player's license to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Outstanding withdrawal requests for verified real-money balances will be processed in accordance with normal procedures unless the termination was for fraud or a criminal matter.
15.1 Internal Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to your pph8 account or any transaction, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting pph8 customer support via live chat at pph8.vip. pph8 will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and endeavor to reach a resolution within 14 calendar days of acknowledgment.
15.2 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through pph8's internal process, and the matter falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the Player may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels. pph8 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
15.3 Limitation Period. Any claim or dispute against pph8 must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
16.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by pph8 is governed by the pph8 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.
16.2 By registering a pph8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC purposes, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and direct marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time).
16.3 pph8 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all relevant implementing rules and regulations promulgated by the National Privacy Commission.
17.1 pph8 may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pph8 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice to registered Players by email before the revised Terms take effect.
17.2 Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates necessitated by regulatory changes — may be published without prior notice and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
17.3 The current version of these Terms, with the effective date prominently displayed, will always be available at pph8.vip/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
18.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18.2 Subject to the dispute resolution procedures in Section 15, any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
18.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, shall be severed from the agreement.
